Refund Policy

At Evergreen & Embers, each item is handcrafted with care. Because of the unique and often upcycled nature of our pieces, all sales are final.

 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll gladly offer a replacement (if possible) or a refund.

 

Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged.
