This website is operated by Evergreen & Embers. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Evergreen & Embers. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
2. Products and Descriptions
We create and sell handmade candles and unique home decor items using upcycled and repurposed materials. Due to the nature of our process, each product is one-of-a-kind and may vary slightly from photos shown. We do our best to accurately describe each item, but minor variations are part of the charm.
3. Orders and Payments
All prices are listed in USD. We accept payment via Venmo, Paypal, and Credit.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship within the US only. Processing times are typically 3–5 business days for in stock orders, and longer for custom orders. Though this may vary during peak seasons. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs, nor for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to photos, product descriptions, logos, and designs — is the property of Evergreen & Embers and may not be used or reproduced without our permission.
