Shipping Policy

All Evergreen & Embers items are handmade with care. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after purchase unless otherwise noted.

Pre-orders and personalized items may take longer to ship — usually 7–10 business days — depending on the customization requested. We’ll keep you updated on timing and let you know when your order is on the way.

We currently ship within the United States via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
